How to make burger at home?

As we all know what is a burger but before knowing its recipe we should first know about what is a burger ?

Burger is a sandwich which has 2 buns or more than 2 one on upper top and another on bottom and containing a patty in between which also includes cheese and vegetables in between with a crispy bottom and soft top.

Before start writing the presentation of burger we would first know some good and bad effect of burger :

 

Good effect on human body :

Basically burger does not gives any good effect to the body it’s just that we get a minute range of goodness by consuming those vegetables which are added in it .

 

Bad effect on human body :

As we all know burger is a junk food and it harms the body like it makes a human body fatty and if it is consumed in excess way then it harms the human body as well on other hand it starts damaging the liver of an individual.

:BURGER:

So now coming to the topic how to make burger at home all the details are stated below:-

It is not a very big deal to make burger in home the ingredients and processes which are needed we will know:

 

Ingredients:-

For burger :

  1. Two buns
  2. Cheese
  3. Mayonnaise
  4. Sliced tomato
  5. Sliced onion
  6. Lettus

For patty :

  1. Boiled potatoes
  2. Boiled carrot
  3. Boiled peas
  4. Coriander leaves finely chopped

Preparation of patty :

For preparing patty first step is to take a bowl then add boiled potatoes, boiled carrots and boiled peas in it and now it’s the time to add dry masala in it . First add red chilli powder ½ teaspoon,  then add coriander powder 1 teaspoon then add garam masala powder ½ teaspoon then at last add salt according to taste . After adding all this as some freshly finely chopped coriander leaves for good aroma and then mash all the items and make a thick paste . And keep it a side for 20 minutes.

Then on the flame and take the paste and make them in shape of patty after that grease the pan with oil, ghee or butter then put those patties on it and shallow fry them until they become crispy .

After this process is done move to the setting process.

 Making burger :

Take a set of bun cut it from between and take a pan grease pan with butter or oil then with light hands crisp the lower portion of both the buns and then keep it a side.

Now, take the bottom portion of the bun spread mayonnaise on it after that put one lettus leaf on it than put the patty which we have shallow fried a minute later after putting the patty it’s time of garnishing.

Put 2 sliced onions on the patty then put 2 sliced tomatoes then add a full layer of cheese on the top of these all items after than again spread mayonnaise on the top bun and put that bun slightly on the whole structure.

 

Our home made burger is ready . We can serve it with cold drinks , mayonnaise , tomato ketchup , french fries or what according to the

taste.

 

 

 

Conclusion :

After studying all the above notes mentioned in the article we can easily come to a conclusion that as everything in this universe has good as well as bad side same is with this burger it has good side which is the due to the vitamins and rich source of iron present in the vegetables and on other hand bad side is it makes fatty it harms the liver by not digesting properly.

So, it’s totally upon an individual choice that either they should consume it or not .
