There is a negative concept prevails that there should not be any special privilege in accordance to any favor to anyone everyone is equal all are subject to the land of the ordinary law, and no person can withstand it whatever position he or she is or whatever ranked is achieved, No one is above the laws.

Importantance of Article 14

Article 361 prevailed the laws and extended the immunity to the Indian president and state governance, and the public officers and judges enjoy some of the special powers and can use to protect some of the special community of the people like the traders.

But then allegations starting to prevail that now if the Supreme Court has given some powers to this official, this should be given to the degree holder and diploma holder for the same. But the Supreme court intertwine in, and that article 14 cannot be stressed so far for so many people like this because if this happens, then every now and then, a special community will stand and demand the same. This disbalances the system of the government.

Hence article 14 says that ” equals should be treated like,” which clearly does not mean that the unequal ought to be treated equally, which mean that those who are in equal situations should be treated equally and the group of people are not in the same situation then the right of equality is being violated according to article 14.

Though the Law will guarantee that everyone is equal before the eyes of the law. Its states the same things which we are saying for so long that everyone should be treated equally in a country. And should not face any discrimination on any grounds.

Protection against arbitrariness

This is very important to understand that there is a very low line between nonarbitrary and arbitrary action. Hence this law is made to protect this arbitrary law; it says about the same things in slightly different manners.

To protect this arbitrary, there certain rules rather restrictions have been put in every system of the state, and it very essential to protect this system from any wrong arbitrary action.

Rights to equality for women

There are a lot of discrimination seen on the grounds of gender. Women are a solid base of society. But this society never gave equal right to women always tried to discriminate against them.
