Ingredients Required:

- Tomato(3 finely chopped)
- Peas(3/4th of a cup)
- Capsicum(half, finely chopped)
- Potato (two, boiled and mashed)
- Spices
- Coriander (2 tablespoon)
Pav Bhaji Recipe
Curry(bhaji)
- Take a pan and keep it on low flame. Let the butter melt (1 tbsp).
- Add tomato, peas, capsicum, and potato to the pan. Add salt and sauté. Add water and mix well.
- Cover the pan and let it boil for a while.
- After a while, mash it smoothly until it gets a smooth texture.
- Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, pav bhaji masala, Kasuri methi, coriander, and sauté for a minute.
- Stick the material to the sides and add more butter in between.
- Add more chilli powder, pav bhaji masala, and Kasuri methi. Add ginger-garlic paste, finely chopped onion, and coriander. Squeeze a lemon and sauté for a minute again.
- Add red food color and mix well.
- Add half a cup of water and adjust the consistency.
- Boil and smash for 5 minutes. Once it gains a smooth texture, turn off the flame.
- Bhaji is ready to be served.

Making pav is really easy as compared to
- Take a pan and heat it on a low flame.
- Add a pinch of chilli powder, pav bhaji, and coriander.
- Sauté for a min.
- Take the pav (bread roll) and slit its center.
- Spread and toast both sides.
Tips:
- Add onions to the serving to enhance the taste.
- Toast the pav carefully; try not to burn it.
